"I walked in not knowing the name of the Do- hicky that I needed. So, I walked up to the young man behind cashier and described what I needed. He called another worker who came over to help me. His name is Eric. I described a screw in a hinge of a door. It did not fit a Phillip's or flat head screw driver. He knew exactly what I needed. He found. I bought it. It was a #2 drill tip that I needed.
The team here really does know how to take good care of their customers."
